Why is redtoys the favourite balance bike of all children?

Because it is so easy to control and therefore safe.

Due to its feather-light weight, redtoys is easy to handle even for small children (and therefore also very suitable for the littles). A much shorter braking distance and the lower risk of injury in case of a fall make redtoys much safer than a heavy metal balance bike.

Because it is suitable for role play

We also hear again and again how important role play is. redtoys, with its different motifs and colours, is suitable for role play in contrast to the purely functional metal b-bikes:

The policewoman rides the blue b-bike - She makes sure that we can all feel safe

The fireman rides the red b-bike - He protects us from dangers like fire, burst water pipes, gas poisoning

The dragon rider rides the green b-bike - She watches over the fact that we treat nature with care

The construction worker rides the orange b-bike - He makes sure we have new roads and a beautiful home

What about stability?

Our b-bikes have proven themselves for many years in thousands of kindergartens, where they are used by many children day after day. The references speak for themselves.

Our b-bikes are made in Germany from glass-fibre reinforced polyamide, which is also used in the automotive industry for plastic parts that are subject to high stress.

Areas of use

Outdoors: In summer, redtoys is absolutely weatherproof and waterproof (no swelling as with wooden wheels, no rusting as with metal wheels) and can therefore be left outside.

Exercise room: Due to the easy handling in winter, the redtoys b-bikes are very suitable for use in the exercise room. The tyres do not leave streaks on the floor.

Where is redtoys made?

All our b-bikes are manufactured in Germany by Solmser Kunststofftechnik (SKT). SKT is a specialist in the production of high-quality plastic products, especially for the automotive industry.

Why are there Minis??

The "Minis" are the little brothers of the "big ones" and therefore the perfect play vehicle for very young children: they are just as robust and easy to handle, but even lighter and lower. Some 2-year-olds are very gifted motor-wise, but naturally still too weak to master a heavy metal b-bike. So time passes unnecessarily until they can proudly ride their first b-bike. Not so with our Minis: they weigh only 2.3 kg and the little ones love them for it!
